- Dress code for the event is semi-formal, black tie optional. Below are some suggestions based on year’s past. Most importantly, show up in what you feel most comfortable in!
- Women might opt for a cocktail dress, jumpsuit or a polished set with elevated separates.
- Men could wear a two-piece tailored suit or tailored blazer with matching trousers.

From Orlando International Airport
1) Take the North exit out of the airport onto Beachline Expressway (SR-528) West (International Drive, Convention Center)
2) Continue on Beachline and take I-4 East
3) Take Exit 75A (Universal Studios) and get in the left lane
4) At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Universal Blvd.
5) At the second traffic light, turn left onto Hollywood Way
6) In 1/3 of a mile, the Royal Pacific entrance is on your left

From I-4 Eastbound (Tampa/Disney/Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee)
1) Take I-4 East toward downtown Orlando
2) Take Exit 75A (Universal Studios) and get in the left lane
3) At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Universal Blvd.
4) At the second traffic light, turn left onto Hollywood Way
5) In 1/3 of a mile, the Royal Pacific entrance is on your left
From I-4 Westbound (Downtown Orlando)
1) Take I-4 West to Exit 74B (Universal Studios) and get in the right lane
2) At the traffic light, turn right onto Hollywood Way
3) Royal Pacific entrance is the second right
What is included in the ticket?
- Your ticket includes a reserved seat at the event in the Hard Rock Live theater, a Walking Gala Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe, cocktails, and entrance to the post-event reception.
Seating During the Awards Ceremony
- If you purchase tickets together, you will be seated with your group in the event venue for the awards ceremony. If you are purchasing group tickets (10 or more) the entire group can be seated together.
What is a Walking Gala Dinner?
- A trendy meal formula that promotes conviviality. We are forgetting the conventional meal, sitting at the table, and using this opportunity to provide a trendier formula: walk among the honorees while eating, this is the Walking Dinner. Seating will be provided so you can enjoy the music but use this as an opportunity to meet your fellow honorees and enjoy the evening.
