The R&D Tax Credit continues to be an excellent way for US-based taxpayers to be rewarded for their development efforts. This webinar will cover the general rules of the R&D credit as well as some updates favorable to “small” taxpayers to monetize the credit quicker and the documentation required to have a successful submission.

He joined Withum’s New York office in August, 2016 after spending over 15 years in the Big 4.

He has 20 years of experience in R&D Tax Credit work across diverse industries.

Kevin devotes the majority of his time to performing, managing and defending R&D tax credit studies and has worked with researchers, scientists, engineers, and software developers in all industries.

In addition, Kevin has successfully represented many clients involved with R&D audits at the state and federal level. Kevin is an Enrolled Agent (“EA”) and has also received an MBA.
