The GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch awards program – now in its tenth year – honors 50 select second-stage companies from throughout Florida for developing valuable products and services, creating quality jobs, enriching communities, and broadening new industries throughout Florida. Chosen from hundreds of growing second-stage nominations from throughout Florida, the 50 companies named as the 2020 GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Honorees generated $813 million in revenue and added 668 employees jobs between 2016 and 2019. Together, the honorees project a 15 percent increase in revenue and 17 percent increase in job growth in 2020 compared to 2019.

What is the dress code for the event?
- Dress code is Creative Formal attire (yes we made this up). CLICK HERE to view photos from previous Florida Companies to Watch ceremonies.
- Women: Can dress up in a long gown, cocktail dress, or snazzy separates. Show off your personality with every detail.
- Men: Incorporate trendy prints in with your tie and a dressy shirt. Mix fabrics such as a silk blazer and a dress shirt to create a formal, yet interesting, look.
What is included in the ticket?
- Your in-person ticket includes a reserved seat at the event at the Hammock Beach Resort, a catered lunch and a VIP reception.
- If you’re celebrating with us virtually, your ticket will provide you access to view the live broadcast of the program.
Seating During the Awards Ceremony
- If you purchase tickets together, you will be seated with your party in the event venue for the awards ceremony.
