Sean is a results-driven executive leader who has established simple and complex business strategies and priorities into quantifiable, achievable goals during his 20-year career. He has strong analytical and problem-solving skills that are accompanied by a strong business acumen for establishing brand presence that generates sales.

Most recently, Sean served as National Operations Manager for Deloitte LLP’s Life Sciences and Health Care practice where, during his 8 year tenure, he was instrumental in the business unit’s 15% growth. Sean was also responsible for helping turn around a sector of the practice and, subsequently, the unit grew
250% over a four year period.

He also led the Orlando Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG Orlando) during an incredible time in its decade-long existence, growing the chapter from 35 to 105 members in two short years. He has led ACG Global’s Capital Connection attendee acquisition sub­ committee during the downturn in the economy, resulting in a record number of attendees.

Sean is the former Chair of ACG Orlando and the African-American Chamber of Central Florida, as well as having served as an Executive Board Member of Economic Development Commission of Central Florida and the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. He was one of 11 Floridians chosen by Governor Bush to represent Florida at U.S. Congressional Leadership Summit, and was chosen by Orlando Business Journal in 2001 as an “Up and Comer” and, in 2009, won the WFTV/WRDQ “DREAM BUILDER AWARD” in recognition of his leadership and success.

Sean is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, and has completed executive management courses from Harvard School of Business and Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. He also was chosen at Deloitte to complete its prestigious Emerging Leader Development Program (ELDP). Previously, Sean served 9 years in the Florida Army National Guard and was trained as a Combat Medic.

Sergei Galeano, C.P.A., CFO Principal

Sergei has over 20 years experience in senior financial leadership positions. He is a problem-solving executive with vast financial management experience including Big 4 Public Accounting. Having served as an auditor, controller, CFO and COO, he has accumulated significant experience in strategic planning, cash and debt management, expense control, GAAP reporting and manufacturing/operational analysis. He has been involved in all aspects of the business cycle including growth, turnaround and liquidation with a proven record of leadership, integrity, a strong work ethic and exceptional business acumen.

Mr. Galeano has utilized his strengths in business and cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash management to drive positive business results. His key to success has been his ability to serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to senior management and facilitator to department heads and all areas of operation. Sergei has served as CFO for a variety of companies including, most recently, a heavy equipment distributor, a window and door manufacturer and an international life sciences business. During his tenure with the international life sciences business, the implementation of sales strategy changes and cost structure adjustments reversed the plummeting sales trend and restored profitability. He then oversaw the wind down of operations as the business transitioned to new locations after the sale to a competitor. In another role, Mr. Galeano played a key role in establishing sales and operating strategies and directing expansion efforts that resulted in an annual revenue increase from $15 million to over $40 million.

Mr. Galeano holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he graduated cum laude and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Ohio. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
