Are you interested in partnering with GrowFL to serve businesses in your community?
GrowFL intends to contract with up to twenty (20) Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs), seeking to expand entrepreneur initiatives and support for second-stage growth entrepreneurs.
Local or regional teams of ESOs are invited to submit proposals to fund support for up to fifteen (15) CEOs of second-stage growth companies who will participate in a one-year program from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 and will include Strategic Research, CEO Roundtables, CEO Forums, Webinars, Florida Companies to Watch and other programs to support their growth. Proposals must pre-identify the participating companies and all companies must meet the state criteria as set forth in Florida Statute 288.1082 and noted within the RFP.
April 30, 2013, 5:00 pm EST – Deadline to submit intent to respond.

This email is required to be considered eligible to respond to this RFP.
NOTE: During the 2013 Legislative Session, modifications to this statute are being proposed by the Florida Economic Development Council. It is suggested that only companies that meet the current statutory requirements be counted toward the fifteen (15) qualifying companies at the time of proposal submittal, but companies meeting the expanded criteria may be submitted as alternates. See the attached Florida Economic Development Council document for the modified criteria.
