Congratulations to Jack McGrath, President and Creative Director of Digitec Interactive, for being awarded the CEO Nexus Cup at the CEO Forum on June 14, 2016. Digitec was founded in Orlando in 1988, providing audio and video postproduction for Disney, Universal Studios, Nickelodeon, HBO and other film production companies, and was a Florida Companies to Watch award winner in 2014.
Jack joined Digitec in 2000 and since then has designed learning programs for organizations including Disney, Hilton Worldwide, Cisco Systems, Florida Virtual School, KFC, Pizza Hut, Genentech, and others. Jack specializes in creating learning that features simulations, games, story, and 3-D virtual reality – all techniques that better engage a new generation. In his spare time, Jack has been an adjunct professor at Seminole State for 13 years, teaching writing and humanities. He is also a playwright, who has had over 30 full productions of his plays over the years
The CEO Nexus Cup is awarded quarterly at the CEO Forum, hosted by GrowFL, the Rollins College Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship, and CEO Nexus, and is sponsored by The Corridor and Bright House Networks Solutions. The Cup is given to a CEO whose business has achieved sustained growth and who has had success as an entrepreneur.
